(2)交換留學生人數原則上以二名為限，交換期間以一年(二學期)為基準。但，交換留學生在對方學校僅停留一學期修習課程時，一年則可派四名交換留學生。必要時，經雙方協議，可增加交換學生人數。

(3)根據互惠原則，對交換留學生免收交換學校之學費。但，有關住宿費、機票費、餐費、醫療保險費、書籍費、生活費等均由學生自行負責。

(4)依該校通知須備妥相關申請文件資料說明如下：

2. 1 brief essay of personal history and plan of study
3. 1 copy of academic transcript
4. 1 certificate of current enrollment at home university
5. 1 copy of evidence of proficiency in English/Korean language (e.g., official test scores, university test scores) or reference letter【If students are intending to take the Intensive Korean Program, they do not need any language scores.】
6. 1 copy of the information page of passport
7. Dorm application form (click to download)
◎Health examination form (Dorm applicants only)
◎All dormitory applicants must send in a scanned copy of completed health form signed by the doctor to reserve dormitory and they must also present the original copy as they check-in at the HUFS dormitory.

8. Two COLOR ID photos (3X4cm) with white background color (.jpg, .gif, .png)


5)請有意申請同學，依上述說明備妥相關文件資料(除健康檢查表及線上申請表以外，其餘資料均先繳送；另請欲申請同學先勿進行線上申請，經本院審核通過後，將再另行通知同學進行後續線上申請作 業)及本院交換生報名表(如附檔)，於109年3月4日(星期三)上午11：00前送至院辦，以利辦理後續事宜，謝謝!!
