台湾人大学生の日本での看護・介護に関する意向調査―日本語学科生と看護・福祉・医薬系学科生との比較を中心に

要旨
本稿は、日本語または、看護、老人福祉、医薬を専攻している台湾人大学生を対象に、アンケート調査を実施し、彼らの日本で看護・介護をする意向について検討した。５尺度 33 問を含むアンケート調査を実施し、SPSS を利用して記述統計、因子分析、ｔ検定、分散分析による分析を行った。その結果、日本語学科の学生より看護、老人福祉、医薬を専攻している学生の方が日本で看護・介護をする意向が強いということが明らかになった。しかし、看護、老人福祉、医薬を専攻している学生は、より高い報酬を想定している。

Willingness of Taiwanese University Students to Be Nursing in Japan: A Comparison Study of Students Majoring in Japanese, Nursing, Senior Citizen Welfare and Business, Pharmacy, and Medicine

Abstract
This study uses questionnaires to investigate into the willingness of Taiwanese university students from Departments of Japanese, Nursing, Senior Citizen Welfare and Business, Pharmacy and Medicine for their intention to serve in nursing in Japan. The questionnaires included 33 questions at 5 levels and were analyzed by SPSS, factor analysis, t-test and analysis of variance. The results reveal that students from Departments of Nursing, Senior Citizen Welfare and Business, Pharmacy and Medicine have stronger willingness than those from Department of Japanese to serve in nursing in Japan. However, non-Japanese majors expect higher salaries than Japanese majors.
