Please note that for exchange students who wish to take the Intensive Korean Language Program during the regular semester period, it is offered for free and HUFS will cover the full amount of fees.

If a student wishes to take the Intensive Korean Language Program during the winter or summer vacation, the student must pay the fee at his/her own expense. The standard fee is 1,550,000 KRW but we are offering a 30% discounted rate to exchange students, which is 1,085,000 KRW (approx. USD 1,000).

2)交換留學生人數原則上以二名為限，交換期間以一年(二學期)為基準。但，交換留學生在對方學校僅停留一學期修習課程時，一年則可派四名交換留學生。必要時，經雙方協議，可增加交換學生人數。

3)根據互惠原則，對交換留學生免收交換學校之學費。但，有關住宿費、機票費、餐費、醫療保險費、書籍費、生活費等均由學生自行負責。

2. 1 brief essay of personal history and plan of study

3. 1 copy of academic transcript

4. 1 certificate of current enrollment at home university

5. 1 copy of evidence of proficiency in Korean or English language or reference letter.

【Students who wish to enroll in courses taught in Korean must provide proof of Korean Language proficiency, either a TOPIK Level 3 result or a letter of reference from a professor. This does not include the Intensive Korean Language Program, which has no language proficiency requirements.】

8. Health examination form (Dorm applicants only)

9. 1 photos (3X4cm) with white background color( in JPG file)

5)請有意申請同學，依上述說明備妥相關文件資料(除線上申請表及健檢表件以外，請欲申請同學先勿進行線上申請，經本院審核通過後，將再另行通知同學進行後續線上申請作業)及本院交換生報名表(如附檔)，於108年3月8日(星期五)下午4：00前送至院辦，以利辦理後續事宜，謝謝!!
